Alle Pierce is an Emmy Award winning entertainment and lifestyle journalist whose personality is as bright as the clothes she wears. Alle is a world traveler, pop culture junkie, crazy cat lady and a foodie all wrapped into one.  She's interviewed the likes of Amy Adams, Jon Hamm, Viggo Mortensen, Jim Parsons and Suzanne Somers, to name a few. Currently, Alle works at News Channel 3 & CBS Local 2 News in Palm Springs, California.  She is the weekend morning anchor for KESQ and Eye on the Desert entertainment reporter. She's a one woman show who writes, shoots and edits her own stories.

Once upon a time...

Born and raised in the Midwest, Alle always hoped to one-day call the Golden State home. Prior to arriving in Palm Springs, she reported at KSBY-TV in San Luis Obispo, California.

Alle graduated with honors from the Missouri School of Journalism with a degree in broadcast journalism.  Before leaving college she reported and anchored for KOMU-8 News, the NBC affiliate in Columbia, Missouri for three years.

As a self-proclaimed world traveler, her passion for travel began when she lived in London for six months.  During her time in the U.K., Alle worked at MAMA Youth Project teaching at-risk teens how to create a variety show for Sky-TV, one of the U.K.'s largest networks.  This program provided teens with entry-level positions and full-time job security. Alle has traveled across Europe and Africa and soon hopes to check Thailand off her bucket list. She plans to continue to travel the world with her mother who also happens to be a travel agent, score!

Alle loves any excuse she has to dance.  She has been dancing since she was three years old. She was a member of the University of Missouri's prestigious Golden Girl dance team.  Most recently Alle was named first runner up in the 2016 Dancing with the Desert Stars competition, an event which raises money for the Desert Aids Project "100 Women" program. Alle loves attending dance classes, taking Zumba or just hitting the dance floor with her friends.

When she's not making you laugh on TV, you can find Alle volunteering at Kittyland, cooking for her friends, taking a Pure Barre class, watching  Harry Potter movies, eating too many sour patch watermelons, and singing to Beyoncé songs, when no one can hear. She loves checking out the newest restaurant or hotspot in the Coachella Valley. If you see her out and about, don't hesitate to say hey!

Alle lives by the motto: Be a flamingo in a flock of pigeons.
